CUSTOMS & DUTY  For shipments outside of the EU

We cover customs fees when shipping your order, and so far this has meant that customers have not been charged any additional costs upon delivery. (Mainly for US and UK we got feedback that no extra duties were charged upon delivery)

However, depending on your country or region, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may still be charged by the local customs authorities or courier. These costs are outside of our control and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimate of these charges, as they are determined by the local customs authorities and vary by destination.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or other fees paid before delivery to clear your order through customs are non-refundable.

If you refuse to accept the shipment, any costs related to returning the order, including customs duties or other fees, will be charged to you.
