RETURN POLICY

 

 

We provide a 14-day window for you to initiate a return and to request either a giftcard or an exchange.

 

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the delivery and return shipping costs, as well as any other expenses associated with the return, including customs duties.

Tip for non-EU customers; If you make sure to send it specifically as a return, you shouldn't have to pay customs fees.


To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed, and it should remain in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging, completely intact, with all original labels still attached to each product. The return should be placed in the same package in which it was initially received, or in a similarly secure box.

Please note that sample pieces and customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
